The double rudder blade ensures precise control even when planing at top speed. Handling is safe and easy thanks to the high-quality equipment: furling jib, spinnaker trumpet and lightweight carbon mast without backstay, but with gaff rigging, which provides plenty of power even in light winds. The cockpit layout ensures comfortable solo operation, but also offers space for two or three people. Whatever you feel like doing, the First 18 SE is ready!
Despite the small size of the boat, the cabin of the First 18 SE offers camping-style sleeping space for two adults. The double V-shaped berth is spacious and removable stowage bags provide room for your luggage. The large storage compartment under the cockpit is designed for storing technical equipment.
Although the comfort on board cannot be compared with that of a large cruiser, the maneuverable First 18 SE will take you to remote, beautiful bays and beaches that others can only dream of. Thanks to the pivoting keel and removable rudder blades, it is easy to explore shallow waters and small beaches.
